Swimming pool
After a refreshing dip in our family-sized, saltwater pool, relax under the shade of one of our seagrass parasols. The little ones will delight in flying down the slide into the cool water, ensuring endless hours of fun for our youngest guests.
For your convenience there is also an outdoor toilet and a feature shower.
Barbecue & outdoor kitchen
The spacious barbecue and outdoor kitchen area set on the lower outdoor level provides all you need for long, lazy afternoons preparing delicious al fresco meals on the large gas barbecue. With ample space for friends and family to gather around the large circular table and enjoy a few tinto veranos (red wine mixed with lemonade) or an ice cold beer. Challenge your family and friends to a table tennis match and keep the younger ones entertained too. It's the perfect recipe for hours of fun and laughter.
The firepit
As winter evenings unfold, gather around the warm glow of our firepit. It transforms your outdoor space into a cozy haven, perfect for intimate gatherings during the cooler seasons.
The gazebo
For a more formal dining experience head to our spacious and elegant gazebo located on the upper outdoor area. As the sun sets, soft lighting illuminates the gazebo, casting a warm and inviting glow.

Living room
The well-appointed living room with comfortable sofas and wood burning stove for the cooler winter evenings. The room features a natural stone wall with soft, ambient lighting. Chill out and relax around the Indian cart table and challenge your friends and family to play one of the selection of board games.
Open plan kitchen & dining area
The kitchen has all you need to create delicious meals for your friends and family. Equipped with all mod cons, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and coffee machine. The adjacent dining area offers dining for ten with lovely views of the surrounding countryside through the large patio doors.

The downstairs double bedroom has a built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage for your belongings and is tastefully decorated.

On the lower level there is one bathroom with modern décor which includes a spacious, walk in shower. It is equipped with a hairdryer for guests use.

The downstairs twin room has a feature fireplace and charming light-coloured wooden furniture comprising of wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table, offering ample storage. There is also a small flat screen TV.
Utility room
The villa includes a utility room which is well equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, hoover, iron and ironing board and essential cleaning equipment.
Upper level
Large terrace
At the top of the staircase there is a large terrace which offers stunning views down the valley towards the town of Loja. Here you can spend summer evenings stargazing through our telescope. If you are lucky enough to be visiting between mid-July and the end of August you will most probably catch sight of the spectacular Perseids meteor showers which peak around the night of 12th August.
Reading nook
As you turn at the top of the staircase you will find our reading area with a large selection of books to choose from and comfortable armchairs to relax in and savour the pleasure a getting lost in a good read.

The spacious master bedroom with super king size bed, extensive wardrobe space and elegant dressing table area is the epitome of elegance. It also boasts an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The bedroom opens on to a private terrace with breathtaking views of the mountain of La Tiñosa and the surrounding olive groves.

The upstairs double bedroom is attractively furnished with carefully restored wooden furniture and with ample storage for your belongings.
The upstairs twin room has a large double wardrobe with plenty of storage and is tastefully furnished. There is a selection of games, toys and children's books to keep the younger members of the family entertained.
